The Kent Delord House Museum hosted an awesome free summer camp during the 2025 season with its Revolutionary War Summer Camp for students ages 12–16. Campers learned how to set up camp, make fire using flint and steel, drill like Revolutionary War soldiers, cook lunch over an open fire, roll their own cartridges, and fire a musket.

The Kent Delord House Museum thanks the Champlain Valley National Heritage Partnership, Clinton County’s America’s 250th Committee, the Clinton County Historical Association, and all partners who helped make these summer camps possible.
